Two bedroom apartment a few minutes by metro or tram from Milan Cathedral.
Located in one of the most sought after and comfortable areas of Milan. at 300 meters the metro stop Maciachini or difronte you will find tram stop 2 which leads directly to the fashion district and all the tourist points of the city. It enjoys an excellent connection with Airports Orio al serio (Bergamo), Malpensa, Linate, San Siro stadium, Milan Cathedral and Milan Central and Garibaldi train stations.

Open kitchen equipped with any utensil to feel like at home with coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. It has a large bathroom with a new shower, toilet and bidet. hairdryer, towels of 2 dimensions included per person.Three windows with a view inside the condominium, the apartment has detergent for dishes, on your arrival you will not miss 1 coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of cold water , two rolls of toilet paper, salt, oil and sugar.
The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. The street even being in the busiest center of the city is very distinct and this makes the apartment ideal for those seeking tranquility and fun at the same time.
The reservation for two people means 1 double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and a single bed you have to book for 3 people. If you are 3 people and you want 3 beds (double + 2 singles) you have to book for 4 people if you are 4 people and you also want the sofa bed you have to book for 5.
We need to know in advance the time of arrival at the apartment because we have to send a person of our staff to deliver the keys and check the documents.
We have 30 minutes of tolerance for check in. From the agreed time, after that time there will be a charge to reorganize the check in.

Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days before check-in, cancellation is free
- Within 30 days you pay the total amount of the reservation
* It is mandatory to separate waste (Organic-Plastic-Paper-Glass)
* Before leaving, you must switch off the air conditioning / heating, turn off the lights and close the door firmly.
* It is forbidden to organize parties or meetings
* Entry to the apartment is prohibited and all persons not registered at check-in.
* It is forbidden to make loud noises or disturb the neighborhood, especially between 11pm and 8am
* Smoking is forbidden.
* Guests will be required to complete the check-in form with identity documents / passports to communicate to the authorities as required by Italian law upon check-in.
* It is mandatory to read the manual of the house as you enter the apartment.
