Private apartment located in the basement of a residential building. composed of a large living room with a sofa bed (click clack) for one person, a large wardrobe, LED TV and an area dedicated to work with a large architect's table. On the other side of the apartment is the full kitchen with oven, induction hob, refrigerator and dishwasher, the area is completed with a glass table for 5 people, as well as the coffee machine and kettle in the breakfast corner.

The bathroom complete with shower, washing machine, toilet and bidet. Upon arrival you will find hair dryers and towels of two sizes for each person as well as bathroom accessories. As a welcome gift we offer one coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of filtered water, two rolls of toilet paper so that you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

The bedroom is composed with two double beds with comfort mattress, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store clothes in an orderly way.

 

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very special and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time.

 

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want 2 double beds you must book for 4 people. If there are three of you and you want double beds and a sofa bed, you need to book for 5 people.

 

When you enter the building you have to take a few steps because the entrance to the apartment is from the cellars. This particularity makes the apartment cool in summer and temperate in winter.
