Apartment with a classic and clean design, located on the second floor with lift in a residential building.
Consisting of a living area with sofa, dining table, LED Smart TV and air conditioning. On the other side there is the kitchen equipped with a dining table for 4 people, gas hob, microwave and fridge; there is also a breakfast corner with a Nespresso coffee machine as well as all the utensils needed for cooking.
Below is the main room with a double bed with comfort mattress, a large wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom is composed of a single bed and another foldaway single bed, as well as a desk for those who need to work during their stay.
The bathroom consists of a large glass shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet as well as a washing machine. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two sized towels for each person as well as a bar of soap.
As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for tasting, a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
The area is also perfect for those arriving by car, in the area you can park on the street in the spaces marked in white. The street makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time in their holiday.
The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and also want a single bed you must book for 3 people.
