Small Apartment but with everything you need, furnished by Designer on the first floor without lift, composed of a living room with high dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning and heating, coat rack and a kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, coffee machine and everything everything you need for your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower cubicle, washing machine, toilet and bidet. The bedroom consists of a flat-screen TV, two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed as well as a sofa bed for a third person.

To complete the solution there is a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor breakfast.

 

In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and two size towels for each person as well as a bar of soap. As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for tasting, a bottle of water and two rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time in their holiday.

 

IDEAL APARTMENT FOR 2 PEOPLE. Even though the apartment might be cramped for 3 people, it is an excellent price/quality solution in a beautiful area and well connected to public transport.

 

AVAILABILITY OF BEDS: The reservation for two people is intended as two single beds, if you want a double bed you must request it at least 48 hours in advance.
