Private apartment consisting of a large room with double bed, a large wardrobe, LED TV, a piano and a sofa bed. The living room is composed of two sofa beds (one double and one single), a large table for 6 people, a kitchen equipped with all utensils and a large bathroom with bidet, shower cubicle and washing machine.

 

In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and two towels for each guest.

As a welcome gift we offer salt, oil, sugar, a coffee pod per person, two rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap so you don't have to go to the supermarket immediately.

 

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time in their holiday.

 

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and the double sofa bed you must book for 3 people, if you are 3 people and want 2 double beds + 1 single you must book for 5 people.

 

the boiler is electric, 80 litres, the largest in its category. in this case you have to wait a few minutes between one shower and another to let the water heat up.
