Two-level apartment with two bathrooms and winter veranda in the city center with all comforts, with availability of 4 beds. Close to Milan Central Station, 10 minutes from the Duomo by subway, in one of the most sought after and comfortable areas of Milan, also within walking distance of the subway stop that takes you directly to the fashion district, San Siro Stadium and Orio al Serio Airport "Bergamo", Malpensa and Linate.

Two-storey apartment composed on the main floor of a living room with dining table, flat screen TV, and a sofa bed with comfort mattress, on the other side follows the kitchen complete with fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, to complete the floor a small glazed terrace and a first bathroom with washing machine and shower. Upstairs is the room with double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and a second bathroom with shower.
In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels in two sizes for each person as well as bathroom accessories. As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of water and two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those seeking tranquility and fun at the same time.
The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want the double bed and the double sofa bed you must book for 3 people.
After confirming the booking, we will send you an email where you must log in to your customer area to complete with the data required for the organization of the self check-in
You will need a smartphone with an internet connection to open the condominium door.

Conditions
* It is mandatory to separate waste (Organic-Plastic-Paper-Glass)
* Before leaving, you must switch off the air conditioning / heating, turn off the lights and close the door firmly.
* It is forbidden to organize parties or meetings
* Entry to the apartment is prohibited and all persons not registered at check-in.
* It is forbidden to make loud noises or disturb the neighborhood, especially between 11pm and 8am
* Smoking is forbidden.
* Guests will be required to complete the check-in form with identity documents / passports to communicate to the authorities as required by Italian law upon check-in.
* It is mandatory to read the manual of the house as you enter the apartment.
