Old Milan style apartment, located on the first floor without lift in a historic building in the city.

Consisting of a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed with a comfort mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe, in front we have a large double sofa bed.

Below there is a table for 4 people, a LED Smart TV and an electric fireplace to create an unparalleled atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, consisting of an induction hob, microwave oven and fridge; there is also a breakfast corner with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle

The entire apartment benefits from the latest air conditioning technology, with air conditioning in summer and automatic heating in winter.

​The bathroom created by the designer consists of a large bathtub with a curtain so it can also be used as a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and towels of two sizes for each person as well as a bar of soap.​.

As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for tasting, a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

​The area is perfectly served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time in their holiday.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and another bed you must book for 3 people.​
