Consisting of a room with a double bed and balcony with city view, a large wardrobe, a desk, LED TV and a sofa. On the other side is the kitchen with a dining table for 5 people, equipped with everything you need, fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Below is the living area with a sofa that converts into a bed with a double mattress, a flat screen TV and a private terrace. It also has a bathroom with a new shower box, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, towels of two sizes for each person. To complete the apartment at the entrance there is the corridor with hangers.

Upon arrival you will find a pod of coffee per person for a tasting, a bottle of cold water, two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket immediately. It has WIFI included in the price and iron with board.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets and nearby there are paid garages. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very distinct and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time.

The booking for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and a double sofa bed you must book for 3 people.
