Third floor apartment consisting of a large room with a comfortable double sofa bed with comfort mattress, LED TV, air conditioning and a desk. Below is the bathroom complete with tub with shower, toilet and bidet.
On the other side is the corridor with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. To complete the solution there is the eat-in kitchen complete with everything needed for the stay, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as a private terrace with a table and chairs for having breakfast outside.
In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels of two sizes for each person as well as a bar of vegetable soap.
As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of water, two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those seeking tranquility and fun at the same time.
The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want the double bed and the sofa you have to book for 3 people.
