Composed of a living area with single sofa bed, Smart LED TV, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with a dining table for 4 people, induction hob, microwave and fridge; there is also a breakfast corner with a Nespresso coffee machine as well as all the utensils needed for cooking.

 

Below is the double bedroom with comfort mattress, a large wardrobe and air conditioning.

The bathroom consists of a large glass shower box, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as a washing machine. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two sized towels for each person as well as a bar of soap.​

As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

 

The area is perfectly served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those seeking tranquility and fun at the same time.

 

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want the double bed and the sofa bed you must book for 3 people.​
