Apartment on the fourth floor with lift consisting of a bedroom with a double bed with a comfort mattress, a large wardrobe with a TV hidden inside. On the other side there is the living area with a double sofa bed and LED TV, a dining table for 4 people with doors to transform it into an extra bedroom. Below is the kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, we also have a breakfast corner with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the utensils needed for cooking. There is also a hidden laundry corner with sink and washing machine, where there is also an iron with ironing board and a drying rack.
From the kitchen you can go out directly onto the balcony with a table for 4 people for a Milanese breakfast with a city view.
To complete the solution, the completely designer bathroom is composed of a large tempered glass shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two size towels for each person as well as a bar of soap.
As a welcome gift we offer a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and fun at the same time in their holiday.
The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and another bed you must book for 3 people.

Casa Alessandro è composta di un terrazzo davanti alla proprietà ad uso esclusivo con griglia per il BBQ, tavolo e doccia esterna, entrando nella proprietà c'è il soggiorno arredato con mobili tipici, si trova un divano letto matrimoniale, di seguito la cucina con tutto il necessario oltre a un bagno completo. Nella camera da letto principale c'è un letto matrimoniale e un bagno in suite ad uso esclusivo, la seconda camera e composta con un letto matrimoniale e un bellissimo armadio.
Tutta la casa è stata ristrutturata rispettando rigorosamente l'architettura tipica dell'Isola di Pantelleria, sia da suoi pavimenti, tetti e arredamento. è una casa da sogno per la tua vacanza
